Lucky you! Add your item to your basket, then enter your discount code into the box above the price at the bottom of the page. Once you’ve popped your code in, the discount will automatically deduct from your total price.

We offer an installation service on most of our large kitchen appliances. Our fully-trained and experienced installation team can get it done for you on delivery day. We’ll make sure everything is up and running before we go, so all that’s left for you to do is to enjoy your brand new product!

We will send an invoice by email when you place your order or you can find a copy of your invoice in your My Account. You can also download one when you track your order through our website.

Send a photo of the damage to our helpful ElektroPolis team members at info@elektropolis.mt and include your order number in the subject line. Once you have sent this to us, please get in touch with our friendly team on +356 9921 3791 so that we can look into it for you.

Not happy with your new product? No worries. If you want to return a product, just let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll tell you how to get it back to us. We’ll give you a full refund if your product is unused and undamaged. To return an item, simply give us a call on +356 9921 3791. To return a product there will be a collection charge, prices will vary depending on the size of the item.
